Place three additional blocks at evenly spaced intervals down the center of the bed. Attach the wheels or furniture legs to the blocks. Fill the holes. The wood and sand stain or paint the finished bed frame to match the rest of your furniture. If they are stains, allow the stain to dry and apply several layers of polyurethane to protect the finish.
